Dr. Omolola Soji-Omoniwa is a Lecturer at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Life Sciences, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. She teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students General Biochemistry. Her research interest is Nutritional Biochemistry with focus on Functional foods, non communicable chronic diseases and toxicology. Her recent research work focused on development of ready–to-eat antidiabetic products. She has published in several local and international journals. She has collaborators within the University community as well as industries. She has also served the University in various administrative roles which include but not limited to, Departmental Students’ industrial Work Experience (SIWES) coordinator, academic adviser, seminar and project coordinator and faculty representative at Technical and Entreprenuership Center.
